Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry we may collect your name, business name, telephone number, email address, site postcode, equipment type, urgency and the information you include about the refrigeration problem.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to assess your request, identify a potentially suitable independent refrigeration provider, pass the enquiry to that provider where appropriate, communicate about the referral, prevent abuse and keep basic business records.
Who we share information with
We may share relevant enquiry details with one or more independent refrigeration providers when doing so is necessary to respond to your request. We may also use hosting, form-processing, email or IT suppliers acting on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep data for 14 days after form submission. After that, it is permanently deleted from our database unless we have a legitimate reason to keep it.
