About the service
Commercial Cooling Connect is an enquiry-matching/referral service operated by Commercial Cooling Connect. We do not ourselves install, diagnose, repair or maintain refrigeration equipment.
Independent providers
Providers are independent businesses. A referral does not mean we employ, control or guarantee that provider.
No guarantee of availability
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a provider will be available, accept the job, attend within a particular time or resolve the fault.
F-gas and regulated work
Certain refrigeration work requires relevant individual qualifications and company certification. Providers are responsible for carrying out regulated work lawfully.
Prices and contracts
Unless clearly stated otherwise, quotes, call-out charges, warranties and payment terms are agreed directly between you and the provider.
